The project
JuJu Smith-Schuster's gaming collective Team Diverge needed a home inside Fortnite. Not one map, but a full ecosystem: a place for fans to hang out, competitive modes to keep them playing, and a live events program to give them reasons to come back.
Command Line built three separate Fortnite experiences for Team Diverge.

The Creator House
A Fortnite recreation of the actual Team Diverge Creator House. Players walk through the space and learn about each member of the collective. It works as an interactive introduction to the brand rather than a standard loading screen or menu.

Red vs. Blue
The twist: the map rotates. As the match progresses, the environment changes. New zones open, sightlines shift, and the balance updates dynamically. No two games play out the same way. The rotating map was built to prevent the staleness that kills most competitive Fortnite modes after a few dozen matches.

Cyberpunk Bedwars
A Bedwars game set in a custom cyberpunk environment. Neon-lit, high-tech, built from scratch. The setting wasn't a re-skin of an existing template. Every structure and point of interest was designed for the cyberpunk world and the Bedwars format together.

Tournaments
Command Line ran tournaments and community events across all three experiences. The maps double as a live events platform, giving Team Diverge recurring programming that keeps the community active between content drops.
